Terms of Service
Effective 26 April 2026 · Version 0.1
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a contract between you and Composites Bridge Pte Ltd ("Composites Bridge", "we", "us"), a private limited company registered in Singapore, which operates the Composites Bridge website, dashboards, AI-assisted SDR agent, and the in-person edition of Composites Bridge — South East Asia 2027 at QSNCC Bangkok (collectively, the "Platform").
On-site event execution at QSNCC is delivered by our operating partner Messe Asia Co., Ltd. (Thailand) under a written Operating Partner Agreement. Anything done by Messe Asia in connection with on-site event execution is done on behalf of Composites Bridge Pte Ltd.
By creating an account, claiming a listing, posting an RFQ, submitting a quote, registering as an exhibitor, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Order of precedence. Where you have signed a separate written agreement with us — a Founding Exhibitor agreement, a Sponsorship agreement, an exhibitor contract, an RFQ award letter, or an enterprise buyer Master Services Agreement — that signed agreement takes precedence over these Terms within its scope.
2. Who can use the Platform
You may use the Platform only if you are at least 18 years old and you are using it on behalf of a registered business. If you use the Platform on behalf of an organisation (a manufacturer, an OEM, an industry association, an analyst firm, an academic institute), you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, the rights of another user, applicable export-control law, or any other applicable law.
3. Your account
Accounts are created through third-party single sign-on (Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra ID) or our email magic-link. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the email inbox or tenant account linked to your Composites Bridge account — anyone who controls that inbox or tenant can sign in as you.
You may not share your account, impersonate another person or organisation, or create an account using someone else's identity. Buyer-side and supplier-side accounts on a single email are permitted (you may be both at different companies) but the entity claim must match the relevant company in each role.
4. Acceptable use
When using the Platform you agree not to:
- submit false, misleading, or defamatory information about yourself, your organisation, or any other entity, including false certification claims (AS9100, NADCAP, ITAR registration, etc.);
- upload a certificate, audit report, or DPP record for an entity you are not authorised to represent;
- claim a listing you do not have authority to represent;
- scrape, harvest, or systematically copy buyer or supplier data, RFQ content, or directory data from the Platform without our written permission;
- attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, RFQ visibility tiers, or matchmaking-engine pairings;
- upload malware, run denial-of-service attacks, or otherwise interfere with the operation of the Platform;
- use the Platform to send unsolicited commercial messages (spam) or to circumvent the matchmaking engine by harvesting counter-party contact details for off-platform pitching;
- transmit, attempt to transmit, or solicit any data, drawing, CAD file, or technical specification that is subject to export controls (US ITAR, US EAR, EU dual-use Regulation 2021/821, or equivalent) without first complying with the applicable licence requirements and disclosing the control status to us.
5. Listings and claims
The Platform hosts directories of OEM buyers, AS9100-verified suppliers, industry associations, and analyst firms across the advanced composites value chain. Some listings are created by us from public sources (industry registries such as OASIS, public company filings, and partner data); others are submitted or claimed by the entities they describe.
- Accuracy. You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you submit about yourself or an entity you claim, including capability declarations, certification numbers, expiry dates, and DPP / CBAM figures.
- Verification. Claims and certifications are verified by our team at our sole discretion, typically by email-domain match, certificate-issuing-body cross-check (e.g. against the OASIS public registry for AS9100), and supporting documentation. We may reject, suspend, or revoke a claim or a certification entry if verification fails or if a better-evidenced competing claim is received.
- AS9100, NADCAP, ITAR, ISO disclaimers. Composites Bridge is not an accreditation body and does not issue, audit, or guarantee any certification. The status badges shown on our directory reflect our verification of supplier-supplied evidence — they do not replace your own due diligence on a counter-party. Every certification record shows the issuing body, certificate number, and expiry date so you can independently verify with the underlying registry.
- Third-party entities. A listing mentioning a third party does not imply endorsement by that third party. If you are the owner of an entity and want a listing corrected or removed, contact us (section 16).
6. RFQs, quotes, and matchmaking
The matchmaking engine pairs buyers with suppliers using a mutual-interest matching algorithm based on each side's declared preferences and our cert-verified capability matrix. Acceptance of a match is in-platform and bilateral; we do not auto-share personal contact details before both sides have accepted.
- Meeting guarantee. Where a paid exhibitor tier (Founding Exhibitor, Bronze, Silver, Gold) carries a contractual meeting count, the SLA and refund mechanics live in the Founding Exhibitor / exhibitor agreement you sign, not in these Terms.
- RFQ content is buyer property. Spec sheets, drawings, BOMs, and proprietary procurement criteria you upload remain your property. We grant access only to suppliers matched by the engine within the visibility tier you choose (matched-only, verified-suppliers, public).
- Quotes are non-binding on either side until a separate purchase order or supply agreement is executed between you and the counter-party. Composites Bridge is not a party to any resulting commercial transaction and earns no commission on the underlying trade.
- Reverse-auction RFQsfollow the rules displayed at the time of posting; the lowest active quote at the auction's scheduled close-time wins by default, subject to the buyer's shortlist and award discretion.
7. Our content
The Platform itself — including the Composites Bridge name and marks, the matchmaking engine, the cert-verification methodology, the proprietary cost-per-meeting metric, the directory taxonomy, the AI-assisted SDR agent prompts, the design, code, and database structure — is owned by or licensed to Composites Bridge Pte Ltd. You may view and share links to public pages, but you may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Platform without our written permission.
8. Your content
When you submit content to the Platform (listing text, certificates, RFQ specifications, quote attachments, profile information), you keep ownership of that content. You grant Composites Bridge a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform. This licence ends when you remove the content or delete your account, except that we may retain anonymised copies in backups for a reasonable period and audit-trail copies of certificate evidence for as long as the certification is referenced in any open RFQ.
You represent that you have the rights to submit the content and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights, breach any confidentiality obligation, or contain technology subject to undisclosed export controls.
9. Third-party services
The Platform integrates with third-party services (Google, Microsoft, Resend, Cloudflare, Stripe, Anthropic, and others listed in the Privacy Policy). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their availability or for anything they do with data you share directly with them.
10. Fees
Buyer-side use of the platform — directory access, RFQ posting, matchmaking, dashboard — is free during the 2027 cycle. Supplier-side and exhibitor-side use is offered in tiers (Founding Exhibitor, Bronze, Silver, Gold) priced separately and made clear before you commit to pay. Payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to their terms. All fees are quoted exclusive of any applicable VAT, GST, or withholding tax.
11. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, nor that supplier capability declarations, certification status, CBAM Scope-3 figures, AI-generated summaries, or any other content will be fit for any particular sourcing, audit, or compliance decision you wish to make based on it. You remain responsible for your own supplier due-diligence, export-control screening, and quality-system audit obligations.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or right that cannot be excluded or limited under Singapore or Thai law.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Composites Bridge and its directors, employees, operating partners, and subprocessors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, is capped at the lower of (a) the fees you paid us in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 10,000.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Composites Bridge against any third-party claim arising from content you submit (including false certification claims and undisclosed export-controlled technology), a listing you claim, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
14. Changes and termination
We may modify these Terms from time to time. If the changes are material we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
You may stop using the Platform at any time and delete your account from your privacy dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law (including by export-control authorities).
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. This does not affect any non-waivable consumer-protection rights you have under Thai law as a Thai-resident counter-party. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.
