    Verify your buyer profile

    Letters are issued only to claimed buyer profiles tied to a verified work-email domain. Sign in with your Microsoft Entra ID or Google work account; the domain match is the verified-employer gate.

    Submit passport + travel dates

    Full passport name, passport number + expiry, nationality (ISO), date of birth, company, title, entry / exit dates, hotel (if booked). All fields persist to your buyer profile under our PDPA Singapore + Thailand consent framework.

    Receive bilingual letter (Thai / English)

    Bilingual invitation letter, signed by our authorised signatory at Messe Asia Co., Ltd. — referencing Composites Bridge — South East Asia 2027 at QSNCC. Delivered as PDF in your dashboard within 2 Bangkok business days.

What you actually need based on nationality

Visa-exempt or visa-on-arrival

Most composites markets enter visa-free: China mainland (30 days, bilateral agreement since March 2024), Russia (30 days), South Korea (90 days), Japan, Germany, France, the US + most of Europe and ASEAN (30 days). India uses visa-on-arrival. Thailand reshuffled the scheme in May 2026 — confirm against the current Thai MFA list.

Letter issued on request — lets you clear immigration faster + simplifies expense reimbursement for your finance team.

Pre-arrival e-Visa needed

Pakistan, Bangladesh and most African nations sit outside the exemption and visa-on-arrival lists. Confirm against the Thai MFA list in case of recent changes.

Letter is required input for the Thai e-Visa application. Apply at least 4 weeks before travel to allow processing.

ITAR-cleared US personnel

Any US procurement personnel handling ITAR-controlled drawings on the trip.

Standard letter applies. We flag the trip to State Department compliance via legal counsel; expect 5 extra business days. Tag "ITAR" in your form notes.

Submit by Q1 2027 if you need a consulate visa

Letters are issued in the order they're requested. For countries that require a pre-arrival visa, we recommend submitting your form by 1 March 2027 — that gives consular processing 8 weeks of runway before the 26 May event window opens. Visa-on-arrival passport holders can request later (up to 4 weeks before travel).
